The world's first self-catering pub is back

When we bought the property three years ago, we chose not to reopen it immediately. We wanted time to live with the building, understand it and decide how best to bring it forward without losing what made it special.

Over those three years, Conroy's has been remodelled, refreshed and updated. But the important bits stayed. The bar stayed. The original features stayed. The character stayed.

Now, under new ownership, it is ready for guests again.
